Maybe you have recognized that every time a new video game console comes out, that is what your youngsters say they need to have. The 1st video gaming system I ever owned was the Atari 2600 and I still have that model. Not surprisingly when I first got it, I would play that game for hours on end.

Needless to say in time they are going to want new game titles for that system, and you will just need to pay $10 to get a new game for them.

While these are just my opinion, they are pretty good reasons to purchase the PS2. Honestly, I purchased the PlayStation 3 when it first was released and ended up putting it on e bay to get rid of it. Then i returned to my PS2 and have never wanted a different gaming system ever since. You could find the PlayStation 2 in some stores but they may cost more as compared with if you order it from amazon. So to tell the truth, Amazon will be your best option if you wish to purchase this.
